Annual Subscriptions: No refunds will be provided for annual subscriptions, unless the annual subscription is terminated due to material breach by us, in which case a prorated refund may be provided for the period following the effective date of termination.
The following are non-refundable:
Setup or onboarding fees.
Custom development or integration services.
Fees for training sessions or consultations already provided.

Subscription details (plan type, start date, etc.).
Reason for the refund request.
We will review your request and respond within seven (7) business days.
